These terms apply to your use of bazaarraja.in, operated by Archelion International Pvt. Ltd., Kanpur, India. By playing, you agree to them.

1. A free social game

Bazaar Raja is a free online social game. There are no entry fees, no betting, no wagering and no prizes. The rupees, cities and items in the game are virtual, have no real-world value, and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money. Bazaar Raja is not an online money game.

2. Satire and parody

The political parties, names, symbols and slogans in the game are fictional parodies for entertainment. They are not real parties and do not represent the views of any real party, person or organisation. Bazaar Raja is not affiliated with Hasbro (Monopoly) or richup.io.

3. Meme mode (18+)

The optional meme mode contains strong language and is intended only for adults aged 18 or above. It is off by default.

4. Fair play and conduct

• Do not post abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening or illegal content in names or chat.
• Do not harass other players or share anyone's personal information.
• Do not try to cheat, hack, overload or disrupt the game.

We may remove names or messages and block players who break these rules.

5. Our content

The game, its design, artwork, text and code belong to Archelion International Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy or resell them without permission.

6. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We try to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of the game.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
